We pride in the high quality of our products. If for any reason however you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately at info@nepacena.com and we will instruct you on where to return your item(s).

Customer must return product new and unused within 7 days of receipt for refund. Return package must be sent at the customer's expense and customer must email info@nepacena.com with tracking number in order for a refund to be issued.

Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 7 business days after the receipt of goods.

Please include in your e-mail:

• The transaction number of your order.
• Your full name and the date the order was placed and received.
• A list of the item(s) to be exchanged or refunded.
• The reason why your items are being returned.
